13:53 is a collective of designers, photographers and illustrators mutually committed to showcasing and exhibiting up and coming work.

In South East London there is a massive emerging arts and music scene. 13:53 aims are uniting an eclectic and exciting mix of artists from our collective, which ranges from local market stall holders to professionally trained artists, working in any medium from Fine Art, Photography, Design and Illustration.
